Prices :
Low season (Jan, Feb, Mar, Nov and Dec) : £350 per week
Mid season (Apr, May, Jun, Sep, Oct) : £400 per week
High season (Jul and Aug) : £500 per week
Christmas/New Year and Easter supplements will apply
Short Breaks : Fri-Mon or Mon-Fri : from £270

We will hold a provisional booking for 5 days from date of booking until
we receive a deposit of £100.
Deposit :
£
100 to secure the booking, this will be held as a cleaning and inventory
deposit and will be repaid in full immediately after your stay – subject
to damage or breakage. Guests will be liable for the cost of any damage caused
to the property and all carpets and appliances. We accept no liability for
any injury caused to guests during their stay in the Old Bank Apartment
or loss or damage to guests' property.
Payment :
Full payment is due 6 weeks before arrival. We will forward an invoice
by post or email after we receive your booking deposit.

If we do not receive final payment by the date due, we will assume that
you wish to cancel your booking.
Cancellation :
6 weeks or more before arrival = £100
4 weeks or more before arrival = 50%
4 weeks or less before arrival = 100%
If we have to cancel your booking due to circumstances beyond our control,
we will refund all monies paid.
We recommend that guests take out travel insurance for the period of their
stay.
Smoking :
NO SMOKING in the apartment please – there is a very nice park a few
minutes walk away!
Pets :
No pets are allowed.
Conditions :
The apartment is available from 4pm on day of arrival, and should be vacated
by 10am on day of departure. Guests are responsible for leaving the apartment
in a clean and tidy condition. We would appreciate if beds are stripped.
The apartment is let for holiday purposes only and must not be sub-let. The
number of people occupying the apartment must not exceed 6 unless prior arrangements
have been made.
